Bacon Wrapped Chicken

By request, I will try to post recipes every so often... we had Bacon Wrapped Chicken tonight, and it was fabulous!

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 tablespoon oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Herb Seasoning

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry. Sprinke salt, pepper, and garlic herb seasoning on top side.
3. Wrap 2 bacon slices around each chicken breast.
4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
5. Add bacon wrapped chicken to skillet, cook for 2 minutes on each side.
6. Transfer bacon wrapped chicken to pan.
7. Bake bacon wrapped chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until juices run clear.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
