Stuffed Steak

Weekends are really the best time for me to try new recipes. :) Tonight was Stuffed Steak and Twice Baked Potatoes.

Ingredients:
2 pound sirloin roast
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Make 4 cuts in top of roast, approximately 1" deep.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over roast.
4. Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
5. Spread cream cheese into slices in roast.
6. Drizzle olive oil over top of roast.
7. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
8. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
